Equipment OverviewThis fully automatic electric movable partition is an intelligent ceiling-mounted and track-free device. Driven by an integrated motor and electronic control system, it can automatically complete venue division, precise positioning, gap sealing, sound insulation and retraction reset. The equipment operates silently and features excellent collision resistance, wear resistance and moisture durability. It supports fast and flexible venue layout adjustment, and is widely applicable to physical education, commercial gym operation, community sports events and professional training activities, so as to improve space utilization and achieve multi-functional venue application.
Only on-duty management personnel are authorized to operate the equipment, and unauthorized operation by others is strictly forbidden. Before startup, operators shall conduct a comprehensive safety inspection. Clear all sundries and sports equipment from the top track and operating area, and evacuate nearby personnel to guarantee unobstructed sliding routes. Check the availability and sensitivity of the control panel and remote control, confirm the integrity of wall panels and sealing strips, and remove foreign objects that may cause track jamming. Ensure the emergency stop button is fully reset and the device is in normal standby status before operation.
To divide the venue space, start the partitioning program. The wall panels will slide smoothly at a constant speed and complete accurate automatic closing and positioning. After in-place locking, the upper, lower and side sealing strips will extend automatically to seal all gaps and form independent enclosed spaces, which effectively isolate noise and ensure orderly on-site activities. To restore the full venue, evacuate all personnel and equipment in advance and activate the reset program. The system will retract all sealing strips first and fold the panels into the concealed ceiling storage area, restoring the complete open venue space.
Once abnormal conditions including abnormal noise, mechanical jamming and accidental personnel entry occur during operation, press the emergency stop button immediately to shut down the device. Thoroughly eliminate potential hazards and reset the system before restarting operation. In case of positioning deviation, sealing failure, startup failure and other malfunctions, stop using the equipment immediately. Do not force startup or conduct manual intervention, and contact professional technicians for timely maintenance.
Adopt standardized hierarchical maintenance for daily management. Clean track sundries on a daily basis, wipe wall panels every week, inspect sealing strips monthly, and maintain and calibrate motors and transmission components quarterly. All staff shall strictly abide by safety regulations. Do not approach, lean against or impact partition panels during operation. Do not hang or stack heavy objects on the equipment. All irregular operations are prohibited to maintain long-term safe and stable equipment operation.
