An electric semi-automatic partition is a new type of space partition equipment that combines manual sliding with electric automatic locking and sealing. Different from labor-intensive fully manual partitions and high-cost fully automatic partitions, it features manual lightweight sliding and electric automatic sealing & locking. Balancing convenient operation, stable performance and cost-effectiveness, it is widely applied in various indoor spaces requiring flexible partitioning. This document introduces its standardized operation methods, detailed applicable scenarios and key operational precautions.
The equipment slides along the overhead track without manual lifting or hand-operated clamping. A single person can complete opening, closing and partitioning operations quickly with smooth and silent movement. It has three operation modes: closed partitioning, opening & storage, and emergency manual operation.
1. Inspect in advance to ensure no obstacles or sundries on the sliding track and ground, keep the sliding path unobstructed, and confirm the equipment is in normal powered standby status.
2. Gently push the partition panels one by one to the designated position with the smooth assistance of the track, and align the panels without applying excessive force.
3. After precise alignment, the electric induction system is triggered automatically. The electric sealing strips at the top, bottom and sides extend to closely fit the wall, ground and adjacent panels, achieving seamless sealing and automatic locking. A closed partition wall with sound insulation and privacy functions is formed within seconds without manual clamping.
1. Touch the induction unlocking area of the partition; the electric system will automatically retract all sealing strips and release the locked status.
2. Gently push the partition panels to slide smoothly to the side storage area one by one. The panels can be folded and stored closely without occupying core space.
3. Confirm all panels are firmly stored in place, and the space will return to an overall transparent and open state.
The equipment is equipped with an emergency manual mode for normal use during power outages or circuit failures. Locate the reserved manual unlocking device on the side of the partition, toggle the emergency switch to release the sealing and locking state, then slide the panels manually to complete opening, closing and storage for normal space allocation under special conditions.

Do not violently collide or push/pull the panels forcefully to avoid damage to the track, induction system and sealing strips. Do not place sundries on the track or partition joints to prevent poor sealing and jamming. It is not applicable to humid, strongly corrosive or outdoor open environments, which may cause circuit moisture damage and accessory corrosion and shorten the service life of the equipment.
